Dear Me

Dear Me,
How are you?
Don’t tell me you’re okay
Because I know you’re not
I know you’re feeling suffocated
I know you’re tired hiding all of your feelings

Menangislah kalau kamu sedang sedih
Berteriaklah saat kamu perlu bantuan
Itu bukan hal yang memalukan
Bukan berarti kamu lemah
Kalaupun menjadi lemah, itu tidak masalah

Sudah cukup kamu berusaha
Sudah cukup kamu bekerja keras
Sekarang berikan waktu untuk dirimu
Sekarang nikmati buah kerjamu

Berbaik hatilah pada dirimu
Sering-seringlah terima pujian orang untukmu
Berterima kasihlah pada dirimu
Sering-seringlah memberi hadiah untukmu

Dear Me,
Yes, you’re okay
You’re absolutely okay
You’re okay with all your flaws and mistakes
You’re okay because you’re being you

Love, Me
